The restaurant is owned and managed by Sean Burns who provides Crown Hotel guests with the option to charge back any meals to their room account or to enjoy meals in their rooms.

 A bright and breezy new restaurant with views overlooking the water, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week.

Chef Paolo Pancotti, from Milan, offers an Italian-influenced menu matched to owner Sean Burn's eclectic wine list.
